Process:

2. Your card will be authorized but not charged at this time
3. We will ship your replacement unit with a prepaid return label included
4. Return your original unit within 14 days of receiving the replacement
5. Once we receive your return, the authorization will be released

Important: Your card will be charged for the full value of $1500 if the original main unit is not returned by 2/23/26. This serves as a security deposit only.
