Shipping Policy

Orders placed through Nakamichi USA are typically processed and shipped within 2 business days, unless the product is listed as a pre-order or otherwise stated on the product page.

Orders are shipped via UPS. Certain products, including DRAGON systems and modular subwoofer expansions, may require a signature upon delivery.

At this time, Nakamichi USA ships to 49 U.S. states. We currently do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or P.O. boxes.

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information so you can monitor the delivery status.

Return Policy

Nakamichi USA offers a 45-day return window from the date your order is delivered.

To request a return, please contact Nakamichi Concierge with your order number and return request. Returns must be approved before the product is shipped back.

If your return is approved, Nakamichi USA will provide a prepaid return shipping label from the original delivery address.

Return Requirements

To qualify for a return:

The product must have been purchased directly from Nakamichi USA.

The return request must be submitted within 45 days of delivery.

The product must be returned in its original packaging.

All included accessories, parts, manuals, and materials must be returned.

The product must be in like-new condition and free from damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or improper packaging.

The returned product must match the original serial number associated with the order.

Nakamichi USA may refuse a return if the product is returned without prior authorization, is missing items, is damaged, is not in like-new condition, or is shipped back using non-original or inadequate packaging.

Refunds

Once your return is received, Nakamichi USA will inspect the product. If the return is approved after inspection, the refund will be processed within 2 business days.

Please allow an additional 5 to 7 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method, depending on your bank or payment provider.
